We apologise for the chilly conditions at the rehearsal on 9 December. The care-taker who was in attendance discovered that heating has to be pre-booked! Let’s hope that next time the University will be more considerate and give us some heat.
Barrie McKinnon thought that the concert “was an exceptional success, particularly the overture, which was an excellent performance. Peter and the Wolf was done well considering the difficulty of the piece and the size of the score. It’s a good job the orchestra does watch me on occasions! Start Trek was absolutely brilliant - so an all-round super effort. See you all in the New Year.”
